charting - Trend formations - the inverse shoulder head and shoulders pattern (iSKS Formation)

IMPORTANT: given here descriptions are very, very brief remarks by my guide to "technical analysis - the" technical analysis "for ordinary shareholders: 4 tools to predict the trend" that I have written specifically for stock entry have!

the inverse (opposite) shoulder, head and shoulders pattern is the mirror image of the SKS-Formation (see previous post). The average depth symbolizes the head (the head of state), the two higher lying left and right shoulder.

legend for the graph:
  • The thick zig-zag line at the top of the graph to represent the course line.
  • The horizontal red line above the three depth is the neck line that is by connecting the two highs and continuation of the band formed.
  • The bars in the bottom of the graph to represent the volume of development.
  • 1: The course line breaks through the neckline.
  • 3: The breakthrough occurs with large volume.
  • 1 + 3: 1 and 3 is given, this is a clear entry signal (1)!
  • 2: The minimum share price resulting from the transfer of the vertical distance between the head and nape of the neck above the breakthrough.
Other observations:
iSKS The formation is mainly a formation of the primary (long term) trends. They also
is a reversal formation - from down in the upward trend.
